Russell W. I use it any time I have pain, it does help pretty good, although it does take several minutes to work. The only problem I have is with your shipping, you use FedEx, I have many problems with them, the drivers cannot read a simple address. Most times they deliver someplace other than my address. I recently received an order from Medistik and it was delivered 15 miles away, it was very nice that the person that received it took their time to bring it to my house, a complete stranger. I called FedEx and they never get back to me. This is most times with FedEx. Therefore I cannot buy from you again because I probably will not receive my order although I paid for it.
