Love the product. My only suggestion would be to put a line of clear plastic in the stick container so that I could see better how much was left. Other than that, I love the product. I have arthritis and right now it is mostly in my back and neck. Using the Medistik product has allowed me to continue to walk my dogs each and every day. I have only used the stick to date, 2 nights in a row. I have a tendon problem at the back of one knee and a miniscus problem in the other knee. The first night I used it on the tendon - no pain and it lasted until noon the following day. The second night I used it on both knees with the same result.
