Our Standards and Product Safety
Every MEDISTIK product is licensed by Health Canada as a Natural Health Product and manufactured under strict quality standards. Each product clearly displays its Health Canada NPN and printed expiry date on the label.

Before use, we encourage customers to carefully review all Directions and Cautions, as they contain important information for proper use and safety. Please also confirm the product is within its expiry date.

30-Day Return Window
Products purchased directly from MEDISTIK through medistik.com are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the conditions below are met.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days and we’ll take care of it promptly.

A product is considered damaged if it has visible external damage. Proof of purchase from MEDISTIK Inc. is required. Products must be returned in their original packaging.

In some cases, we may request digital photos of the damage before issuing a refund or replacement. For damaged or incorrectly shipped items, MEDISTIK covers both return shipping and replacement shipping costs.

Returns for Other Reasons
If your order was shipped correctly but you wish to return it for another reason, including exchanging for a different product, changing shipping address the following conditions apply.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be issued for the product price only.

Customers are responsible for reshipment costs if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at the time of their order.

Refunds and Shipping Costs
Refunds apply to the product cost only. Original shipping fees and any third-party shipping charges are non-refundable.

Requests After 30 Days
Return requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date may be reviewed by MEDISTIK on a case-by-case basis. All associated costs, including shipping, are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review.

Purchases Made Through Other Retailers
If you purchased MEDISTIK through a retailer other than MEDISTIK Inc., please contact that retailer directly to review their return and refund policy.
