SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

All orders from medistik.com are shipped from our warehouse in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Orders are typically processed the same or next business day, but may take up to 3 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays. In some cases, orders may require additional processing time due to size or high order volume. We will notify you of any delays.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada and the Continental United States. The minimum order value for free shipping is displayed in the top banner of our website. For orders below that amount, we offer discounted flat-rate shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to countries outside of Canada, except some EU countries and the United Kingdom. International customers are responsible for any additional charges, import duties, and taxes. A $5 handling fee applies to all international shipments. Please note that we do not accept returns or take responsibility for any issues with international shipments.

SHIPPING RATES

We use the most suitable carrier for all orders. We strive to offer the best service at the most affordable price. You will be notified of available shipping options during checkout.

Please note, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier. While we strive to deliver your order promptly, some circumstances may be beyond our control.

• Regional: 2-3 days
• National: 3-7 days (depending on distance from Toronto)

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking number to become active.

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If an item is unavailable, it will be removed from your order, and you’ll be notified. You will not be charged for items that are out of stock.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, we will do our best to locate it or send a replacement at no extra charge.
