For adults and children over 12 years of age. Use up to a maximum of 4 times per day as required. A stinging or burning sensation may be experienced during the first few minutes as the formula begins working. For arthritis or muscle pain of the hands retain for at least 10 minutes before washing hands.
Be careful not to make contact with eyes, mucous membranes, broken skin, or other sensitive areas.
For children (minimum 12 years old): Application should be supervised by an adult.
If you are allergic to Salicylates (Aspirin) please purchase the "All Natural Fast Acting Roll-On" as it does not contain any Methyl Salicylate.
The Extra Strength Stick and Spray contain Methyl Salicylate (a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)).
DO NOT USE THE EXTRA STRENGTH STICK OR SPRAY IF ALLERGIC TO SALICYLATES OR IF TAKING ANTICOAGULANT MEDICATIONS.
DO NOT BANDAGE OR USE WITH EXTERNAL HEAT SUCH AS A HEATING PAD.
KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN AND DO NOT INGEST.
Consult your health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes, mucous membranes, and other sensitive areas. Do not apply to wounds, broken or damaged skin.
Stop use and consult a physician if condition worsens, a rash or irritation develops, or if symptoms persist for more than 7 days, or clear up and occur again within a few days.
IF OVERDOSE OR ACCIDENTAL INGESTION OCCURS, CALL A POISON CONTROL CENTER IMMEDIATELY.
MEDISTIK offers free standard shipping via Canada Post on all orders to addresses within North America (Canada and Continental United States). Please note that the customer is responsible for paying shipping on all returns.
All orders purchased through Medistik.com, ship from our warehouse in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Online orders are usually processed the same or following day, depending on the time received, but may require up to 3 business days for processing. We do not process shipments on weekends or on Canadian statutory holidays.
There are times when an order may require additional processing time due to the size of the order or volume of orders being processed. We understand there may be an urgency to receive your product and it is our intention to have your MEDISTIK product delivered to you as quickly as possible. We will do our best to notify you of any delays.
MEDISTIK Inc. does ship product to addresses outside of Canada through Canada Post, or the service provider selected at checkout. We do not charge duties or any other taxes on International orders and the customer is responsible to settle any importing fees and/or taxes through appropriate channels.
Canadian Shipping Rates and Services:
All orders are shipped via the shipping option selected at checkout. It may happen that the selected shipping option is not available for your country. We will make our best effort to find the service and will communicate to you the options available.
Rates are calculated at the time of checkout based on the method of shipping selected at standard provider shipping rates. We want you to be able to get your product as inexpensively as possible and do not mark-up shipping rates.
Expected Delivery Timeline:
Please note the following timelines are in addition to order processing times as described above.
The following timelines are provided by CANADA POST as shown on their website at the time of posting. Times based on delivery to major urban centres.
• LOCAL: Priority = next day / Xpresspost = next day / Expedited Parcel = 1 day
• REGIONAL: Priority = next day / Xpresspost = next day / Expedited Parcel = 1 day and up to 3 days
• NATIONAL: Priority = next day / Xpresspost = 2 days / Expedited Parcel = 2 days and up to 7 days
For Priority and Express Shipping methods all parcels that are over $100 will have an Adult Signature Requirement. Canada Post will not release this parcel to the customer unless someone is available to sign for it.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from MEDISTIK Inc. that includes your Canada Post tracking information. Out of stock items:
If an item is found to be unavailable due to an inventory discrepancy or another factor, the item will be removed from your order and you will be notified. You will not be charged for any items that are not available. When you submit an order through our online store, your credit card is pre-authorized for the total cost of the ordered product(s), applicable taxes, and shipping costs. When your order is shipped, MEDISTIK Inc. will charge an amount that reflects the total cost of the shipped product(s), applicable taxes, and shipping costs. Items that are cancelled due to being out of stock will not be included in the final charge to your card.
It can happen that the parcel gets lost or damaged during shipping. While we can not guarantee this will not happen, we will make our best efforts to locate your parcel and/or provide a replacement for your order at no cost to you.
