Dr. Peter Pain is a highly experienced chiropractor specializing in sports injuries, functional movement, and athletic performance. With over 25 years of experience, he has worked with athletes at every level—from weekend warriors to professional football and hockey players, Olympians, and national-level competitors.

Dr. Pain’s passion for health, fitness, and injury prevention stems from his own experience as an athlete. As a former Vanier Cup-winning football player for Queen’s University’s Golden Gaels, he understands firsthand the physical demands of elite competition and the critical role of chiropractic care in optimizing movement, recovery, and performance.

Athletic Background & Coaching

In addition to his chiropractic career, Dr. Pain is a dedicated CrossFit competitor and coach, applying high-intensity functional training principles to his own fitness and his clients’ rehabilitation plans. At Limestone Athletics, his brother Bob Pain’s gym, he coaches classes, refines movement techniques, and helps athletes improve their performance while reducing injury risk.

When he’s not training himself, Dr. Pain spends his time coaching and supporting his three kids in their athletic pursuits—staying just as involved in the next generation’s health and fitness as he is in his own.
