Follow the steps below to create your account and place your MEDISTIK order.
Go to: MEDISTIK ordering page
Click the “Sign up” button.
Create your account using your email, or sign up with your Facebook, Google, or Microsoft account. Accept the terms and conditions.
You will be directed to your Medzy account homepage. If you see a banner that says “Order your Medistik products here”, click it.
If you do not see this banner, click on “Refill my medication”.
Add the products you want to order to your cart.
Choose the quantity you would like to order of each product.
Once you have added the products you want to order, click “Cart”.
Review your cart, then click “Proceed to Checkout”.
Enter your account owner information, then click “Save”.
Click “Proceed to Checkout” again.
Add your delivery address, then click “Next”.
Choose an available delivery date that works for you, then click “Next”.
If you have insurance, attach a photo of it, and click “Next”. If you do not have insurance, click “Skip”.
Review all the information to ensure that it is correct, and click “Confirm my order”.
After your order is placed, Medzy will send you an email with simple payment instructions.
