I have been using Medistik for many years for a number of issues including restless legs. I have recently had a full hip replacement and had groin pain from the surgery and the muscles healing. The natural roll-on gave my hands instant relief! Our up & down weather in Vancouver has my muscles & joints hurting badly, but this works great. The stick is a bit slower to absorb into the skin but smells amazing!

I started using Medistik about a week ago to relieve lower back pain and bursitis. It is very convenient to use, I can apply it to all affected areas without getting the cream on my hands. The hot and cold sensation eases the pain in minutes and lasts for a few hours. The menthol smell is not overpowering so I feel comfortable going out in public shortly after application. The price point is similar to other topical cream applications on the market but the results are much better. This will be my go to product for pain relief.
It works very well the only drawback is the smell. I find it very strong. I use it at home but not if I am going out. I use it on knees hips and lower back so that is a lot, the smell is quite strong.

I hav a recurring pain on the right side of my back due to a fall during the winter. Tried many remedies - massage, TENS unit, heat, other rubs for the back. After using Medistik for a week the pain has subsided. Thank you for that relief.
2nd purchase and no regrets on either purchase. Roll on is amazing for immediate pain cessation on my S/I joints and stick works well long term. Gifted one to a friend and now she is convinced to buy bulk with me. Has extended my day to accomplish more mini/major tasks.
This is my first order. Great product, I use both the stick and the spray for my knees I have osteoarthritis in both and it sure lets me get out for my daily walks. I will order again.
Just received my third order. Has been my go to ever since my first order. I suffer with worn out Bursas and lower back pain. After trying many other products that never helped I was optimistic if Medistik would work. Today I would not no what to do without Medistik. I am now able to function throughtout my day. Using in the arch of my feet as I was getting cramps on either side of my legs. Using Medistik I have no more cramps. Great product.
The roll on and spray are sooo easy to use and mess free!! They dry easy and have minimal odor like other muscle topical relievers. I use this after long runs, or hard workouts! it has easily become one of my key parts of my recovery routine! I have started to recommend these products to my training clients too!

I am very pleased with this purchase! I used it right away on a stubborn pain spot, and the relief was almost immediate and long lasting! I like the fact that it's in a stick form, not an ointment form. Less messy to use and easier to target painful areas. I am abandoning my usual OTC muscle/joint pain remedies. I highly recommend this product!
I have tried everything on my ankle with little relief. I found your spray followed by the stick have actually reduced my pain!
I cannot believe how great this stuff is! I love the ease of the stick but I think my favourite has to be the spray. I use it everyday on my neck and appreciate that is drys instantly and doesn't stick to my collars. I have arthritis in my hands as well and on a whim I sprayed my fingers - no sticky residue!. The cooling effect lasts much longer than other creams and lotions.
