Meet Aimee Sutton
Aimee Sutton is a seasoned Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who has been practicing since 2008 with 15+ years in clinical and holistic care experience. In 2014, she founded Well Daze, a collective massage and health studio in Guelph, Ontario with the vision of creating a collaborative and inclusive space where practitioners could offer comprehensive wellness services tailored to individual needs.
Aimee’s approach to massage therapy is deeply patient-centered. Her treatments are grounded in identifying and addressing the root causes of pain, rather than just the symptoms. She creates individualized care plans for each client which helps focus on long-term healing and wellbeing.

Aimee integrates a variety of hands-on healing techniques to treat a broad range of conditions from chronic pain and soft tissue injuries to prenatal and postpartum recovery. Her training and modalities include:

Aimee is also a Certified Infant Massage Trainer, guiding parents and caregivers in using gentle, therapeutic massage techniques to soothe infants and enhance bonding. Her expertise in working with both infants and children adds a unique dimension to her practice and she is passionate about making therapeutic touch accessible for all ages.
