Product Use
Recommended Use or Purpose: The cold mask helps to reduce swelling, discomfort, and pain caused by inflammation and injury, including migraines, headaches, and discomfort associated with muscle aches, soreness, and spasms, as well as arthritis. Great for swollen and puffy eyes, dark circles, sinusitis, sinus pressure, head colds, fever, muscle aches and stiffness, fever, insect bites, and sunburns. The mask can also help with reducing swelling and pain in the head, back, neck, shoulders, arm, elbow, wrist, back, knee, shin,
foot, or ankle. It works great to revitalise swollen and puffy eyes
and dark circles while minimizing the look of tiredness.

Directions
Cold therapy: Store
the mask in the freezer. For best results the freezing time should be at least 2-6 hours. Apply on face or other body parts such as neck, elbow, knee, or other areas for a desired effect.
Hot therapy: Heat
the mask in the microwave in 5-10 seconds intervals until the desired temperature is achieved. The maximum heating time shouldn’t exceed 25 seconds.
Use the beaded side for targeted relief and the plush side for a spa-like relaxing experience.
For children: Application should be supervised by an adult.
Care Instructions
Mask can be washed by simply wiping it down. Mask can be reused multiple times. When not in use, the mask may be stored in the freezer for convenience.
Cautions
For external use only. Do not overheat. Use caution when removing from microwave oven as mask could be hot after heating. Do not boil pack with an open flame to avoid risk of fire. Do not exceed maximum heating time. Keep away from children. If discomfort results or persists, discontinue use and consult your physician.

Barbara C. This face mask is great, I usually use the cold in the morning it helps with sinus pain and feels good on my whole face.
Have also used warmed and it is very relaxing. have sprayed medistick on it, but have to be careful not to put on too much, will try the roll on or stick next time that really helps relieve my sinus.
It’s well made and comfortable, highly recommend.
